1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the services provided by Alenzo Collective B.V. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms are governed by Dutch law and are subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Alenzo Collective B.V. provides various digital services including but not limited to:

• AI-powered translation services through our platform and Alphabites.ai
• Web development and digital solutions
• Affiliate marketing services
• Digital consulting and strategy
• Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use our services for competitive analysis or reverse engineering
• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices

5. PAYMENT TERMS

For paid services:

• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable Dutch VAT (BTW)
• Payment is due upon purchase or as specified in your service agreement
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
• Subscription services are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and Dutch consumer protection laws

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Alenzo Collective B.V. and are protected by Dutch and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to our services, but grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute such content as necessary to provide our services.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch data protection laws.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability
• Suspend services for security or legal reasons
• Update or change features and functionality

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Alenzo Collective B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
